Finally had a chance to try out the the North East riverine loop. I started off from Kallang and via potong pasir, entered the Bishan park connector which led me to Bishan park.
From Bishan park we went via Ang Mo Kio Avenue 5 and entered the Buangkok PCN. We were away from the greenery for only about 15mins.
The loop connects Buangkok, Punggol and Serangoon. A very peaceful and serene ride. We were mainly cycling past the river. Occasionally we would find a group of quaint eateries.
We did feel like we were out of Singapore. The loop itself is about 16km.
A definite must for any nature lovers!!
