Cao Dai

As I flip through my Vietnam photos, I got reminded of the religion of Cao Dai. Founded in 1926 in Vietnam, the religion believes in the teaching of buddha, saints and sages. The divine eye symbolises God. There are 36 levels of heaven and 72 planets harbouring intelligent life. Earth is no.68. No. 1 is closest to heaven and no. 72 closest to Hell. The ultimate goal is freedom from the cycle of birth and death.

The concept of reincarnation makes sense. Its a way of recycling energy in the universe. Energy is neither created nor destroyed, right?!
